I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. The one symptom I do not have are cysts. However, the fertility doctor I saw told me that one of my ovaries was collecting eggs. Once I visited my regular OBGYN, they told me that those collected eggs can definitely turn into cysts. What symptoms would indicate that it's progressed into that?

that's what happened for me at first, too. in my experience, if you start feeling more intense pain than usual, whether you are on your period or not, that usually indicates a higher chance. other indicators are random bleeding, super irregular periods, and random intense pain. when I form new cysts, it makes me sore and it's harder to walk. when one of them pops, it's hard to even move. hope this was helpful

From what I understand, those “cysts” are eggs.. and it could be seen on US
