Ramen, most noodles in general but ramen is a big one
Rice and eggs for me. Maybe some lightly seasoned tofu. Bland and soft, no extreme textures or things that stick to my teeth.

Soup is a good one for me,also jacket potato is my go to food. My ultimate at the moment ...only because its a short season for them, is blood oranges.

omelets and avocado toast! pretty simple, but healthy, so they work as great safe foods for me
@spaceygaymer how do u make avocado taste good? I can never season it right. Ill try omelettes though :D
salad!! specifically the kind with lettuce and spinach leaves with tomatoes, cucumbers, hard boiled eggs and whatever other toppings u want! with ranch of course! ^^

Costco sells protein packs with cheese nuts and dried fruit. Very easy to grab and eat, protein helps our brains ā¤ļø Good for a snack while waiting for food. Microwave nachos are fun, takes less than 5mins: tortilla chips on a plate, cheese sprinkled on top (less than 30secs to 1 minute) add toppings like tomato and sour cream

Depends on the definition of healthy, I try to have as much variety as possible. I try to increase protein so find that cheese strings are a really fun way to do this, I always want to eat them. Basically any food traditionally in a kids lunchbox I find tastes okay and thereās some pretty healthy ones out there too. The little apple and grape packets are easier than eating a full apple I find
@Beckboop sadly i dislike apples and grapes, but cheese strings are a good shout!!
