Frustrated with Guard: Director and Coach Issues

guard is getting frustrating. I got a really bad stomach bug yesterday (I'm fine today) that we think was caused by me not rinsing out the cap of the Gatorade bottle which I reuse after washing it with soap. today was tryouts for actually being on the field, but imma have to do it tomorrow due to school requirements. tomorrow is the first game, and it is an away game too. the band director has basically forgotten guard exists, cause he keeps forgetting to give us stuff we need and saying stuff like "you can't be on the bus unless you have this!" when HE forgot to give it to us in the first place. our coach is very annoyed with it, she is gonna give us the stuff we need tomorrow but we were supposed to get it a while ago. and about my last post I'm doing a lot better, I got help from my father, I unfortunately still can't get a therapist yet but hopefully soon I can.
