my son is almost 2 years old so I can't use the postpartum depression excuse anymore. yesterday my husband told me I'm sad 'all the time' I definitely suffer from depression. it breaks my heart to hear someone you love mad at you for being sad. if I could snap my fingers and magically be happy I swear I'd of done it by now. he's not the only person to tell me this. I just wish instead of shaming me for it they'd try and find solutions. so I've tried waking up and giving gratitude... it's helped some but not allot. I wish I knew how to fix myself. I'm in constant pain and I feel like absolutely none can relate and doctors don't hear me.

đŸ˜„ I'm so sorry you're being treated like this on top of your depression!! Have you tried getting a therapist? I finally did, and my therapist put me on Prozac, and all of a sudden I was waking up in HAPPY moods for the first time in 10 years!! I was taking my family of 5 out on all day family outings like every other day and playing with my kids!! Please PLEASE try this!! Or if you already have a therapist, ask them about Prozac!! It WORKS!! Good luck and remember to be nice to yourself. You have a lot on your plate with your kiddos and hubby!! Taking care of your mental health in the midst of raising a family is HARD!! But a therapist really will help!!

One thing at a time, I promise it will add up! What could you add next to your daily routine after gratitude? Could you make a healthy diet shift each day. One thing I’ve done is eating a few scoops of probiotic yogurt mixed with “seed cycling” seeds each day. In effort to balance hormones (which massively helps my mood). But also is just a lovely ritual
