any advice or ideas to cope with big blurry emotions that causes nonverbal/noncommunicative phases? particularly emotions that are trauma-based? all i know to do is to isolate, distract, rest and wait for it to pass. lately it hasn't been working so well. i need an outlet to express myself without having to reach and grasp at words peaking through my clouded brain.
