I hate the absolute randomness of these panic attacks. Nothing wrong for weeks, life's going good, then all of a sudden pressure in my chest and I'm running into a place to isolate myself and freak out.

Just here to say… I’m so sorry about you panic attacks. I can relate. You could be doing EVERYTHING right and still get them. I wish I had better encouragement but sometimes just knowing your not alone.

MAKE SURE you are eating properly. Stay away from salt, caffeine, nicotine, and sugar. MAKE SURE you are going to bed EARLY. I'm sure it takes time for you to actually fall asleep. Leave every early so you don't have the burden of a rushed time limit over your head. Don't let people run you around. It's ok to "go ghost" and turn off your phone for a day.
