Bipolar question. Has anyone ever stopped taking their meds and going to counseling and doctors and then felt really guilty about it so you get stuck in a depressed cycle that you're too ashamed to get out of? I started seeing a new doctor and a new counselor and the counselor and I didn't really click, and the doctor's office rescheduled my appointment a bunch so I was off my meds and he gave me new ones but with how much they mess up my mind getting used to them I never got around to taking them until I had a bit of a breakdown and flushed them and now I feel so stupid.
