I have been picking since I was 2 or 3. No one knew why until I had my first psychological doctor, she got me on medicine that helped but no one remembers what it was and now my current doctor is saying its anxiety :/ which i know its not. I purposely get sun burned like I am now just to pick. I dont know what to do I think I spent more on bandaids then I did when my son was born. How does every cope with it.
