      hi i have chronic constipation and ovarian cysts and they feel the same but for me constipation pain can be the whole of the bottom of my abdomen and sometimes just the left side but the ovarian pain is just one side or both sides never the middle

      It can! I had a laparoscopy done, came back negative for endo, cysts, anything else. just constipation

      Hi I have both chronic constipation and ovarian cysts and I would like to tell you that yes it can feel like ovarian pain but if you are concerned about your ovary it would be best to see a doctor just in case ☺
