I have problems with insomnia due to anxiety and severe depression. I tried melatonin, having a routine bed time. I feel like none of it helped and my prozac makes me super tired during the day but it night im not sleeping.

Try seeing a sleep specialist if you don’t have one. I had to get one after a few years of unresolved insomnia (mine was more ADHD related, though) and that allowed me to try various sleep medications to find one that worked. I went through Lunesta, Ambien, Sonata, Trazodone, and natural stuff like Melatonin or Valerian. I eventually settled on Belsomra, a drug that literally blocks the hormone that causes insomnia, and for me at least it works like a charm. It causes a bit of drowsiness in the morning but for me it’s worth being able to actually sleep. Before that, though, you could try Valerian. It’s a pill like Melatonin, but it’s a plant. It’s also supposed to help with anxiety, so maybe it’ll work out? Supposedly magnesium also helps with sleep, so you could give that a shot too. You could also try a sleep tea. like passionflower or camomile, both also good for anxiety. But anyway, I wish you the best, hope you can get some sleep!

I also tried cbd it doesn't help much and weed products make me more anxious and it started this year for some reason I never had problems with anxiety with smoking but something changed

I also had to take melatonin for sleep issues and it gave me night sweats, nightmares, and woke me up early. Have you tired or considered cannabis products? I know they aren't for everyone, but even if you don't want thc, the other compound CBD is helpful with relaxation
