I didn’t think it was related but now that I have read your comment it might be. I had super horrible headaches when on omeprozole and my doctor has recently changed me to pantoprozole because the other was not working. I have had no headaches since.

I get migraines but am not sure it’s from taking the omeprazole. Good question. I will ask my neurologist.
