I’m not diagnosed (yet) but I have a family history of schizophrenia and other mental health conditions. I have extreme delusions, auditory and visual hallucinations and other symptoms. I don’t know if all that could be related to my other disorders or if it could be some type of schizophrenia. Any advice? It’s just scary feeling like I’m going crazy over time.

If you have a way to get to a therapist and psychiatrist, and you know you'll keep yourself safe until you can see them a few times, don't go to a hospital. Psyche wards are emergency safety. They extremely rarely correctly diagnose you and almost never give you the correct medication. You'll also be stuck in an uncomfortable place for 72-150 hours.

My best advice is to help telling what's a hallucination they don't age or change and they normally repeat the same things

@shellybear333 I constantly see figures that are the same. They don’t have faces or detail but they’re typically in the shape of a person or animal. As far as auditory hallucinations, I’ll usually hear my name being called or overlapping voices.

@Slater well another piece of advice is going to a hospital to get help it may be scary but as soon as you get meds it'll help it wouldn't take away all of it but it will help you think through it
