can someone help me? my dad has just yelled at my sister for stupid reasons and I ran to another room in the house to avoid being in the middle of the r fight. I an emotional wreck and I am going through an emotional Rollercoaster this morning. I just need some help or someone to talk to. right now I am crying for no reason.

If you need to vent I’m here! I get super triggered by arguing or yelling near me, it can be so hard. I’m so sorry you have to deal with this, you deserve to live in an environment where you feel safe and comfortable

Meep hi I hope everything is all right I now how hard and tring emotional rollercoasters can be I've had to dile with fighting my hole life and some times the best thing to do is go somewhere away from the fight and jam to ur favorite music and try to reinter the space after everything is cooled down and try to make light of it
