I have a tendency to do certain face movements (blinking harder/longer, twitching nose/mouth) when I am talking to someone, or under high anxiety. My guardian was the first to point it out to me after sometime, otherwise I would have never noticed. Does anyone else have something similar? Im not sure what to call these movements.

Yes! These are usually called tics. I will get them occasionally under high anxiety circumstances and it makes me even more anxious. TwT
