Struggling with Anxiety and Socializing

I relate, although I go to school I only really have one friend and my anxiety it so bad I can’t even really talk to people anymore. One thing I like to do is go to the library, 1 because reading helps with the loneliness and anxiety and 2 because it’s a good place to make friends, I think it’s helpful to go to spaces you feel safe in and comfortable in, it makes it a lot easier to talk to people when your not so on guard/uncomfortable at least for me

I'm going to school tomorrow and it's making me anxious. But my mom doesn't believe in mental illness so I gotta go 🤷🏾‍♀️

Honestly I can relate to you and it's really hard to go back to school cause of everything that happened and because of anxiety and other stuff and honestly I can relate to its hard making friends with people my age I feel like sometimes get along better with the teachers cause there more understand but I just want to say it's gonna be okay and remember why your going to school your doing this for yourself don't let anxiety rob you for good experience your amazing for even going to school and that's represents strength I don't know if this comment helped but I hope you know that your strong
