Just wanted to share to those who don't know. There are many different forms of mediation, obviously the sitting and letting your mind slow down thinking of a postive or safe place, there is also doing your favorite hobbies or activities. I will share some of mine, gardening, wood burning, drawing, and crafts. Really anything you love doing that you can focus on at the moment are good mediation examples.
