Need help finding a pre-diabetic diet

hi was told I'm pre-diabetic a couple of weeks ago. I need help finding a diet to use. I don't have to take meds or monitor my levels they will order blood again in about six months. I am starting to exercise but need to know the ideal diet.

      I am also a pre-diabetic, I just started taken metformin as well. I find just watching what you eat and your sugar intake helps you

      I'm curious what your fasting blood sugar was for them to label you prediabetic? Mine was 108 and I was not put on anything. Told to exercise daily for ten minutes, enough to raise my heartbeat. Limit carbs and sugars. I was recently diagnosed with high cholesterol as well and put on meds for this.

      I am Prediabetic as well. The Dr put me on Metformin and said that is getting to be the norm of prediabetics taking Metformin. To be honest, it actually makes me feel a little better to know it is controlling it and preventing it from going further. It's a low dose and I also due lower carb
