today I realized I have a wreck less behavior that has always gone unchecked & kinda swept under the rug..... I keep having flashbacks of my most recent & drastic moment... I don't think my meds or therapy are helping... fml I just want to be better.

have you tried mood stabilizers? my brother used to take them to help his anger and wreck less behavior and they did help when he was consistently taking them
