@KitKat1450 Most interesting thing I found was that I have a mutation on the gene that converts tryptophan to 5HTP to serotonin. Basically been walking around unable to create serotonin my whole life which I’ve definitely felt. I now take 5HTP and it helps and told me that SSRIs can make the problem worse- have had terrible reactions to SSRI meds in the past. So definitely interesting and helpful.
