I dont know if you'll relate to this at all but I don't have a sex drive until I get my period, then I cant think of anything else and I physically shake from desperation. I started birth control pills which has pretty much stopped it. So maybe check your medications? Also I notice smells have a huge impact on me so some testosterone filled BO will drive me nuts like I'm some b---- in heat. Maybe go shopping for a good smelling cologne if you have trouble doing it yourself. Or maybe have your partner skip a shower. Trial and error on things you like.

I know a few people that lost their sex drive due to medications. Different ones did different things. Paxil would make one not be able to get "aroused" no matter what and another one, I'm sorry I can't remember the name, would not let them "finish" . There were other side effects that all had to do with sex. It made me not ever want to try any "head" meds... eventually I started prozac and was completely paranoid I would lose.... something... so far so good tho.... do you care to tell what meds your on, the mg and when you started on them.
@BIGGjon I am on Prozac 20mg sometimes i take 2 on bad days. I have a full sex drive all the time at 46.. But i can not stay focused on anything. I forget about some stuff i shouldn't forget about. Like eating a meal or my phone number or my address. Is anyone else like that?
@CDWS I am on 40 mg and occasionally I will take 2 myself. I know if I go without I notice it that same day. It's weird. As far as losing focus and forgetting things....I am the same way. I just turned 45 . When I was younger I was diagnosed with add but my mom didn't let me stay on the meds back then. I ended up getting on Adderall not to long ago and my focusing issues have increased a ton especially while working with my hands not so much while working on the computer or in a meeting. The forgetfulness seems about the same, no worse, no better. Have you by chance been tested for add/adhd
The only thing I can say is you need to get out of the down swing. I'm not endorsing mania, but if you are baseline or above that will help (or should). Also look at the side effects of meds you are taking and see if that is a side effect, and trace when you lost your desire. It is a struggle though for sure snd I'm sorry you're in that place right now.
