Really been getting hit with crying spells lately, what can I do to control and manage them? I literally almost started bawling my eyes out at work the other day...

      Breathing exercises and mindfulness have helped me when I experienced crying spell. I'd cry when I was overwhelmed or for no reason at all. I find it helpful to reach out to a loved one or do something I love when I'm feeling this way to distract myself. The feelings would pass. Only recently has my medication made my episodes managable.

      Deep breaths and focusing on my surroundings always helps me. Count the things around you that make you feel inspired or happy. I know this is easier said then done but you've got this ♡
