hello there, I've had ocd since I was a child but never got diagnosed until a few years ago. My OCD is worrying and is about germs. when I get really stressed out my OCD comes out more. but I find thinking or even saying the word stop when the thoughts come around helps train my brain to think less of those thoughts.
