I am struggling so much inside. I am so all over the place physically, mentally and it is EXHAUSTING! I feel like I can't figure out anything as quickly as I "should" and when it seems like I have it I instantly throw that logical thinking out the window and get super frustrated and forget everything to the point that I lose chunks of time. I just wish I understood ME more than I feel I can understand others.

I feel the same. I'm lost in this world and don't feel part of it. I'm exhausted too 😪 I think it's my ADD that does this but I'm not on any meds to help

  @tripleespresso I have been on the same few meds for the last 5 years(ish) at diffrent doses but since I had surgery with complications then immediately getting covid after I feel so out of whack. I haven't been able to regulate since and what makes it even more frustrating is doctors can't give me answers.
