Dealing with Urinary Incontinence: Anyone Else?

I haven’t been told that but it makes sense for sure!! I drink allot of water and that more than anything seems to help keep me regular. It seems we all have ways to manage and my best advice would be to just find what works for you and that’s all that matters!!

Hello there and welcome I am also urinary incontinence and do not take any meds for it anymore I found the side effects are much worse than the condition and have found other ways to manage it
