Feeling very discouraged today. had a doctor's appointment yesterday. parts of it went well and parts didn't. I need to take action on a test for the appointment and I can't even get out of bed today. my therapist thinks I have adrenal fatigue. sounds about right. I've basically been bed bound for years now. just feeling very frustrated and overwhelmed today. wish I had a different body.
