How do y'all track how many absences you have in a day? I don't usually fully know when I have them and I don't have a person who can watch me 24/7 to count.

I can tell when I have them because of my aura! Everyone has something they feel or that happens afterwards. For me it’s a feeling of confusion, like when you walk into a room and forgot what you needed in the first place.

You're right it's not really possible.. Doctors use video EEG to document this when it's needed for a diagnosis.
