I feel Gabapentin does not work, to me it is like Tylenol. I try to walk as much as possible, as long as I keep the feet and legs moving seems to lessen the symptoms before bed.

I take lots of Gabapentin. It hasn't been working as well the past couple of years. TBH I sometimes smoke 🌱 when I can get it That , with the Gabapentin seems to help more.
