listen to music 24/7, eat simple, keep your room clean but it's okay to let the laundry pile up, contact someone who makes you feel calm, who makes you feel that light sense of peace.

I come up with random reasons that actually make me feel a little bit better. I can't die until my least favorite political figure dies, I have to outlive them. It's not fair that they get to continue living when I don't. I deserve to live in a world free of their presence. I can't die until I finish the six different animes that my boyfriends want me to watch with them. I can't die until all of my cats have died so that I can make sure that they're taken care of for the rest of their lives because I promised someone I would. I can't die until I've had a food that is so good that it unequivocally becomes my favorite food ever and I can't think of another food that tops it. I can't die until I finish the remodeling on this house so that way my boyfriend's have decent to live. I can't die until I've found every missing sock in my laundry and clothes. I can't die until I experience what it's like going out of the country. I can't die until I experience looking down from the top of the skyscraper and watching the people go by like little ants. I can't die until I've experienced my first protest in person. I can't die until my middle school and high school tormentors and worst bullies are either living their worst life, or are dead themselves. When you run out of fun things to do, it helps if you start thinking about things to do out of spite, or things to do from your bucket list. Hope this helps. ❤️

One suggestion is to establish a routine with priorities and stick to it. Break it apart in days and do it when you feel good or motivated. Combining chores with motivating things like caffeine, background music, or a walk outside in the morning can also help improve your mood and motivation (source: post_id AA6E6374-EFA6-4A6B-B044-CDABA3B25BB8).
