How long have you been diagnosed with Bipolar

Diagnosed with BPD2 in 1997, upgraded to BPD1 in 2007😁. Had symptoms since I was a kid in the 80s.

A year and 6 months. But found out from family they knew I have had all my life but I have only been fully diagnosed on paper for a year and 6 months.

Diagnosed Bipolar + more: 1999. I am 54 next month. Earth years do not count. I am 33 😉

I have all three diagnosed bipolar in 2007

I was diagnosed at 13 and im 44 now

I'm 24 now.

Since I was 4 and younger.

2 years. Before that I was battling the anxiety and depression separately. Just not realizing they were cycling.
