been mostly stable now for over a decade. i actually have schizoaffective bipolar type but they didn't have a box for that yet. gluten free diet helps. diabetes is a side effect of the invega trinza. lost 130 lbs fairly recently and my diabetes is currently well controlled. ozempic helped me to do that but it was mainly a decision to count calories. my blood pressure is also currently good. i take pine bark which helps with a tiny bit of blood pressure medication.
