Struggling with Severe Anxiety

Working out used to help me with my anxiety for years, but now I have PEM (post exertional malaise) for days after working out

I'm willing to be friends, talk, and listen if you ever need it. I know the pain and struggle of having no one around. I have been a loner for the longest. I have no friends because they all turned on me for God only knows what reason. I have so much going on mentally and physically and it's like no one ever understands. When I talk it's like no one listens at all.
