I hate it when Anxiety comes OUT OF NOWHERE! It's 4:30am and I have no reason to be anxious, yet here I am on the verge of an anxiety attack. What's worse is idk what's causing it so idk how to control it! Any ideas?

I have that same problem and continue to struggle to find a way to fix it- the solution I've ended up at is finding a distraction. I put on music and doodle, listen to video analysis essays, turn on a podcast, etc. Only happy stuff tho, listening to something talking about dark subjects or doodling a dark subject matter doesn't do much to help in my experience πŸ˜‚

I know there are some apps that can help. I would recommend rootd, spelled like that. It has breathing, panic, and sleeping and visuals on there and I've found that they help a lot

I believe it's wifi. IF I turn it off at nite in the house it helps. I have to limit my use of the internet in the house. If I stop using it for 2 or 3 days I feel better. Look into grounding for your body. Getting in touch with nature. The grass, water, trees always helps because it pulls the radiation out of my body.

Anxiety doesn't always come from a source. Try and distract yourself. Get up and walk around your house, count how many green colored items you have in your room, etc.

That happened to me when I was trying to fall asleep last night. I had had a bit of a stressful day, and my guard had been up all day. I think sometimes when I go to relax, I get anxious for no reason. It's like my body and mind have to been on high alert at all times, so when I go to relax, I'm not it that state and then that makes me anxious Something that I found has helped is putting on a show I've watched before and doodling or coloring at the same time. It still gives me something to do, but I can also try to relax at the same time

I have the same issue, and what helps me is just working out in nature! Yes it may be 4:00 am but its very calming :)
