I totally get you, i’m in that same boat. I mentally punish myself any time I go over 1200, because I know i don’t have the self discipline to exercise it off. It can be really hard but just remember that you don’t gain anything from beating yourself up about it, especially if it’s something that seldom happens. Be kind to your body - I hope you’re feeling better :)

Yeah I’ve been there too (both the excessive dieting and the overeating). Did something trigger the overeating?

@Llamasizzle I went on a trip with a friend, and he bought me food. I felt bed wasting any, so I ate it all...

@Novathevibe oh yeah, wasting food feels bad especially when it’s a gift. I hope you’re feeling better today

I guess, but I was doing so good. I know it's not healthy for me to go below 1200 calories a day, but that's what I've been aiming for (like, 1500 max) and I almost hit 3000 calories yesterday.

I know it feels awful now, but 1 day of overeating won’t affect your body that much in the long term. The body naturally burns a lot of calories every day, and you can always make up the calorie deficit (ideally with a sustainable/balanced diet)
