I felt this earlier today and a week ago, like a much more degree of anxiety than I'm normally used to. Knowing myself, I wanted it fixed right away. I was actually forcing myself to simply not be anxious, but you can't just turn it off haha. Trying to let go most of the day helped a bit. Reminding myself that it's okay to feel anxious, to accept it in the moment. My therapist mentioned we all get those sudden bad days, and I realized today was one of them. What conforted me was believing in myself that it would pass away, that this is only temporary, and that I am trying my best and that's all I can give. I think what really changed my mindset and mood was accepting my vulnerability. That was my key, and I found myself hiding away from it. But honesty with myself was the truth, my truth, that set me free, even for a bit. So from everything that I said, I hope you find some good and usefulness out of it. And know that we all are here for each other, I am too. I believe in you😊

I know what you mean luckily between meditation, exercise, making healthy choices and being on the right meds it's a potent combination for me and it's all changed my life for the better I feel mentally unstoppable more and more each day

I found being placed on the actual proper medication helped the most. I take buspirone and it works wonders. I used to take Ativan as needed and it made it worse. I hope this helps. I also smoke pot but not properly medicated still get anxiety. Try to also remember a lot of people do not care what we do and a lot of the worry is in our head because we are so aware. Use your awareness as a super power while grounding yourself. I personally keep in AirPods even just the feeling helps even if they aren’t on. I hope some of this helps you

Life is just really overwhelming ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ best thing you can do is take it one step at a time
