Feeling Like an Imposter: Comparing Pain

ABSOLUTELY! And being a man with fibromyalgia is terrible. Am ridiculed for being in pain and treated like less of a man for EVER succumbing to it.

Absolutely. People don’t believe me when I inform them of why I am oftentimes limited in how much I can do. They tell me I am “too young to have fibromyalgia” or “just imagining things”!

Yes! Having an invisible illness is so hard. People think your pain isn’t that bad because they can’t see it on some medical test
