Hi folks, I am very fortunate to be in what I consider "recovery" from Bulimia. I've had an ED since I was 9 y.o. and I'm 27 now. While I still have disordered thoughts sometimes and occasionally will eat more than I intended to, I no longer binge, purge, count calories, weigh myself, etc. I am now working on intuitive eating. I know that everyone is in a different place in their recovery, and that's ok. Does anyone have any good resources for intuitive eating/mindful eating? Also feel free to reach out any time to chat!

I’m still definitely still struggling but one resource that helps me is following body neutrality/fat liberation creators on social media - especially tik tok and instagram. Unfollowing people who make me feel bad about yourself, or taking a break completely when i feel myself comparing myself to others too much also helps. congrats on all your progress!!
