Long vent incoming: Yesterday while I was at work, I got the news that my grandma's stage 3 cancer (IBV) got re-diagnosed to stage 4, and they don't want to start giving her chemo anymore because of risk of it destroying her bones. She was first told that she should survive this, but now based on new results, they don't know how much longer she'll live. Then on the same day my baby sister had to go to the doctor and she's been sick since last December. (nothing major though thankfully) and now today, my grandpa (which is married to the same grandma I mentioned) is in the ER for multiple health reasons.. I'm 4 months pregnant atm, so I've been trying extra hard not to put the baby in distress from my anxiety or something. But the stress of all of this is hard to cope with all at the same time. Has anyone here had similar situations happen to them? Is there genuinely a way a cope to not let it destroy you? šŸ«

I tend to have a lot going on throughout my family all at once, last year we were basically all in and out of the hospital the whole time for no other reason than bad health and bad luckšŸ„² best advice I could give to cope would be to start really investing yourself in the things you CAN control, like cleaning up your room or redecorating!

Take one day at a time, when you feel like things are going out of control try and take 5 deep breaths, in, hold for 3 second, and out. Youā€™ve got a lot of thing and on top of that your supposed to focus on your own health. It might seem impossible, but take one day at a time.
