i feel so numb and like im falling back into this pit. im sinking and can't float. this is exhausting. i just don't want to feel like this anymore. ive been clean from any sh for 20 days but i want to throw it out the window tonight. i wont, but i want to. ahh. life is depressing.

Oh no don’t it’s not worth it. I have 3- years sober off meth and the first two years are emotionally physically mentally challenging 😰. Just keep busy and push it away from your mind. Just think 🤔 about it you would start all over with coming down again and all the physical stuff with it. It’s always going to be a fight of your life. Even if your 20 years sober remember we’re never 👎 recovered we are always recovering ❤️🩹 hun. Good 😌 luck 🍀. It’s still hard, but it lightens up 🔝 after 1 1/2 years. Just trying to looking up ⬆️ at the positive things about being and why your sober. Bye ✌️
