does anyone else feel at the end of the day, they are just waiting for the next one? I feel I am always waiting for it to get better, for it to be different. and differences do come about. however this aching continuous time seems to be the worst of the worst

I feel thar way so often. Like the second I awake I am ready for the next day to start. Even though different things happen sometimes, I feel like I'm just reliving the same day in a constant loop.

Its a lie that time heals all wounds. Sometimes time kills. When you're suffering its not about how much but for how long. Waiting will always let you down. People are here to help and finally let earn you a good day. Please message me if you need help 💕

Well this certainly spoke to me. I feel the same way. I'm reminded of a quote from one of my favourite movies: What if this is as good as it gets? And in the mental state I'm in, I'm not sure how to encourage much at this point, except let you know that you're literally not alone in thinking this, as I'm right there with you. We can commiserate together, but at least we're not alone. ❤️

See here’s what I’ve learned. If you wait for it to get better, it needs to be coupled with things that are fulfilling to you. Like if you like riding bikes, do that. But also throw in some tasks for yourself so at the end of the day you feel accomplished. Also, gratitude journals/ journaling in general helps everything from becoming a blur
