im Colie I have panic disorder and ADHD.. I don't eat a lot but I'm overweight some. Im almost month without alcohol. I feel kratom helps... I find it hard to sleep I jerk awake... my mind races and I get a lot of anxiety... especially when trying to sleep....

Hey Colie, love the name btw 😊 I’m chasz. Kratom has also helped me a lot. I have the same things. I don’t think it reaches quite as far as completely helping me to stay focused but it’s done wonders for my pain management. Just remember to be sure that your source of Kratom is tested for hard metals (the company should provide it) organic with low heavy metals is the safest 😅
