Have you tried asking her if you can see a therapist? Unfortunately, if you're underage in most countries, your parents have to consent to medical treatment. If she's automatically against it, you'll have to work a little harder to convince her. Take some free self assessments online and show your mom your results and just tell her a lot of issues can be genetic so you want to rule out any potential issues that your sister has. Explain that symptoms can present differently in different people and it would make you feel better knowing if you have something or not so that you can be better equipped. And if you don't have anything, explain that you're really stressed and would benefit talking to a therapist regardless.

@hydroepilepic21 that's pretty normal to have some depression. Perhaps if your mom isn't open to therapy for you, you can get a recommendation from a guidance counselor at your school and you get free therapy going to a guidance counselor so that's a win and it usually means you can skip class for it. Ask your administrators how to schedule a guidance counseling appointment in the school. Explain that you're needing to talk with someone about how you're feeling and you don't feel like your parents are taking you seriously.
