I'm super nervous for the holidays bc I struggle with food alot and I'm worried about weight gain but I really want to just enjoy the holiday but ik I'll be obsessed over the food and calories and it sucks, just kind of a rant but advice would be great

      Personally at the moment (and this WAS NOT) me last year but what is one day with extra chocolate and Christmas dinner that you don't even have to eat that much of (well I don't) going to do? If you aren't eating enough you may binge, so what? Like you can just restrict after and you probably are now, it'll be fine, you probably won't binge and even if you do it's just one day and it has souch more than just food in it (for me at least) I hope this helped probs didn't tho sorry

        @nochlessmonster Lol changed my mind I'm with you now. Why do I need to be forced to eat breakfast today this is ridiculous.
