I'm new to this but just wanted to say to anyone who has foot/ankle pain, that toe yoga and resistance band exercises have done wonders for me. There are some great YouTube videos for them if anyone hasn't already explored that option.

        @Strawbebbie honestly general soreness. I've never been good at identifying what certain pain adjectives really mean for me (like tingling vs burning etc.) But the closest I'd come to it is soreness and stiffness in my ankles and even calves. Also icing my ankles really helps too.
