Intense cramps after orgasm, anyone else?

It's due to your muscles contracting and I'll assume aggravating the inflammation. I have the same issue 😞

I do too! I didn't know this happened to anyone else. I thought it was just me having a flare up or something

It did before I had some of my endometriosis removed. Perhaps that is something you might have.

Yes. It is not all the time, but happens in clusters, and I've noticed it is normally the week after my period and the week before (so I have 1 good week out of 4!)

I've had this happen before too. Not every time but a good chunk.

yeah, sometimes that happens to me. im guessing it’s cuz when u have an orgasm there’s a lot of muscle contractions down there ?
