I was told to always make a list and set alarms and reminders. This helps you stay on task. Wake up each day at the same time. Have alone time even just 15 minutes. Try meditation. I'm struggling too but try it and maybe it could help. Crossing my fingers for you.

I feel like I'm just surviving day to day. I'm a stay at home mom too which furthers my urge to just recluse into my home. I wish I could get on a good routine but I always screw it up.
