I know the migraines I get are from my neck muscles being weak and my shoulders are way too tight, pulling my neck all out of wack. I also have some GI problem where I throw up every meal so leaning over the couch into a bucket hasn't helped. I've been getting told to see a neurologist for my dysautonomia, I also am thinking I want to see an ortho even though I do pt every week. Which one do you think would be more helpful? I've dealt with migraines since I was a preteen and have been to a neurologist so many times with no avail but that was before I had my EDS diagnosis..

I do perineural injection therapy in my neck/back and itā€™s has been amazing and itā€™s not nearly as scary as prolotherapy ! It feels like acupuncture. I havenā€™t had a massive migraine since Iā€™ve started. (Iā€™ve had major migraines since 1st grade .. 37 now)

I have heard of it and it has been mentioned to me by other doctors. The process seems scary to me though

Have you ever considered prolotherapy for your neck?
