How to Stop Being Overly Attached in Relationships

I see my boyfriend every other day just because of my borderline personality disorder,loneliness and feeling alone he even stays on the phone till works over and stays on the phone till I wake up in the morning it’s so hard feeling choked up inside feeling like you can’t breathe it sucks too because I only have him and a 2 friends that live far away so I’m by myself of the time I always feel I need to be with someone to feel comfort not to feel alone it sucks and I have stuff I can do that are hobby’s but they don’t work so I get it

I have to completely stay away from anyone that might trigger an unhealthy attachment...
