Struggling with Health and Mortality

Diagnosed in 2007 and in there had a really crappy sleep doctor who did a lot of questionable things ... And I think did more harm then good the. Hit a very long stretch where I was without insurance and I believe not having the correct stuff cemented the end result... Right now it feels like I'm suffocating all the time ... Especially at night laying down, have started sleeping in chair and CPAP is ok some nights but others it keeps me up cos I feel suffocated...

Hey Brian. I’m Lee. I have sleep apnea too. You’re right in your thinking that everything spawns off of sleep apnea as it did with me. Hang in there. Schedule the necessary doctors appointments to get the ball rolling to start attacking the sleep apnea along with any other health challenges that you’re having. You’re not going to die. Early on in your healing journey, it may seem like things aren’t getting any better for a little while but they will. It can be a difficult and a some what long process but I promise you there ARE solutions for everything. Let me know if you need anything.
