Staying out of the sun, wearing sun screen & hats, resting whenever possible, making sure I eat, trying to keep relaxed, candles & listening to music helps me destress, lots and lots of water, keeping your feet up, making sure not to over do it when I do feel like I have energy. Making my harder tasks easier. Mine are showering, making dinner and doing dishes. I have a shower chair and a stool for dinner and dishes. I try to make my dinners easier and meal prep. Just trying to save energy anywhere possible.

I am currently fighting with my employer on this. I work for a prison absolutely love my job but they don't understand my condition and I cannot get intermittent fmla until I have been with them for a year only 4 more months. But I cannot put my chronic illness on hold for a year. They mandate me for 16 hours shifts constantly. Wish I had some advice for you hungry.

Mmm, if you’re consistently feeling pain I’d def talk about medical options with your doctor, otherwise for particularly bad days I pop an OTC pain reliever like Tylenol when needed. And I’ve heard many patients have great success with CBD pills. But I’d talk to a rheumatologist first

Rest when you can. The house can always be cleaned another day. Your mental health is important ! Having an excellent support team does wonders for your mental stability. Watching what you eat, being careful with really acidic foods
