It can be frustrating because it's hard to make the other person understand that yes I'm bored and need stimulation but no it's not about you. Also, exercise helps me but my girlfriend has chronic illnesses and brain trauma and isn't very active so a lot of the time our dates are just watching TV together when I really need to get up and move around.
